In order to own a credit card, first you have to fill some application, the company that offers the credit card will first analyze your application and determine if you have a good credit rating. If you have a good credit rating, the company will be sure that you will be able to pay off your credit card monthly bills on time. They can also be sure that you will be a responsible card holder. Having a bad credit loans means that you accumulated debt where payments for these debts are long overdue. It’s means that you are risky to be lent some cash.

One new product is wowpays a prepaid credit card, similar like BNI prepaid Debit Card.
I don’t know if we can call wowpays a credit card instead of debit card.
This is a safest choice for online transaction.
