When we talk about insomnia, it’s always come to one drug named ambien right? Ambien induces sleep and causes relaxation. It is used to treat sleep disorders such as trouble falling asleep, waking up many times during the night, or waking up too early in the morning. I get insomnia when I get stressed out, which is very easily, and this has been happening since I was a little kid. Sometimes, the prospect of going to sleep is actually scary to me.
Although Ambien can be very beneficial for people suffering from chronic insomnia, it also carries the potential for addiction. For this reason, doctors must be cautious when prescribing the drug to their patients to make sure ambien side effects.
